Compliance with DL no. 74/2017 of June 21

The Decree-Law no. 74/2017, of June 21, established the obligation to have the Complaints Book in physical and electronic format.

Thus, in compliance with the law, the Marina Charming House is registered in the new electronic platform of the Complaints Book, without suppressing the use of the same tool in paper format, which remains available to the consumer in our facilities, as a means of complaint and communication.
